The delivery of the selected goods is carried out by the company Speedy, Econt or another courier from 2 to 10 working days (on working days), and the delivery price is according to the courier's daily rate.
The ordered goods can be refused or replaced only in the following cases:
1. If the delivered goods do not correspond to the ones ordered by the customer.
2. The buyer has the right to make a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the goods, if the same has a hidden defect that cannot be detected upon receipt and.
3. The user has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the concluded distance contract within 14 working days of receipt and on the condition that it is returned in the form in which it was received, without to be used. Which is mentioned in art. 55 of the Civil Code.
4. If the deadline announced for delivery is not met.
5. When there is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods. In such a case, the product is replaced within 48 hours after the customer's request.
6. If it is necessary to return sums paid by card for services agreed and performed by us, this will be done by us through a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made.
7. In all cases described in articles 51, 54 and 55 of the PPE and article 4 of the ZET.
Outside of the listed cases, the customer has no right to refuse to receive and pay for the goods ordered by him.
